HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
• The dough and the cream should be brought cooked and ready to be rolled
• The decoration should be edible, handmade and prepared onsite
• The bûche size should be 30 cm
• The bûche will be tasted as part of the judging process
• Participants should bring their own tool kit
• Each participant will have a table space of 1.5 meters
• Microwave and fridges will be available onsite
