I started my career from the bottom of the stairs where I grabbed all basics of the industry and turned into art of creation and conceptual novelties. After having required experience and knowhow I initiated my own business back in 2003 as a small pastry and chocolate shop in Zouk Mosbeh, where the name of Le Meilleur and Chef Hanna expanded widely to pick up the business to a new level of organizing an operation that caters for institutional and domestic segments maintaining a characteristic signature that specializes our products and tailor them to each customer in order to cover his needs.

The quest for perfection is always pushing me to seek new technologies in the business and standardize the most the production techniques used and implemented noting that teaching culinary secrets and skills never ceased to delight me throughout my past and will never do in my future.

Continuous inventions and culinary creations has never stopped me from running my business and enjoying every part of being a successful entrepreneur and pioneer creation chef and master baker.

At the end I just want to say to all of you enthusiastic  junior chefs  “Never stop to dream, strive for perfection and keep the sky your limit”
