Born and raised in the region of “Bretagne” in west of France, having parents and especially a mother and grandmother who loves cooking and trying every kind of food. Moving from town to town since my young age and here you can find my way of living.

From France to England in 1999, from Europe to Asia, From Asia to America to Russia and to the Middle East, 8 different countries in 16 years. Starting from kitchen apprentice, quickly change to the pastry side in factory then in big hotels. Love people, love team work and always search for the perfection of taste and beauty. Beirut and the famous Phoenicia hotel is my new challenge since 6 months; I came with my wife from Russia and so far we having a blast other here and wish to stay forever.
