Jana Tabet
After earning her Bachelor of Sciences in Hospitality Management from La Sagesse University, Jana moves to Paris in 2012 where she graduates from Le Cordon Bleu. After conducting several internships at Le Bristol, The Four Seasons and Cyril Lignac Pastry in Paris, Jana opens "Coulis", her own French pastry in Beirut in 2015 where she offers a wide variety of French entremets,  ice cream and fine chocolate.
