Pastry Chef of Lily's Café Downtown
Chadi Karam, passionate for pastry from his early ages took courses at “Le Notre Paris and many training centers in paris”’ At the age of 18, Chadi started his career at Le Vendome Intercontinental Hotel where he was mentored by Chef Charles Azar.

In 2008 he worked as a pastry chef for the “entremets” section in one of the top100 pastry shop in the world “Canelle” which is a member of relais et dessert international.

In March 2010, he moved to four seasons hotel Beirut. Two years later, he worked as a sous chef with Yannick Alleno, a 3 star Michelin chef in the pre-opening of his restaurant and the “salon du Thé”.

In 2017, he represented his country in the Middle Eastern national selection for the world chocolate masters. He achieved the 1st prize in chocolate show piece category and 2nd place overall.

Today he works as a pastry chef responsible for the opening and the development of the brand “lily’s” downtown Beirut.
