Started his career in a three Michelin star restaurant in England then moved to Lyon at  “Paul Bocuse” restaurant, followed by Fauchon, Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton. Nominated for the award of “Pastry Chef of the year 2009” by Caterer Middle East magazine. Member of the French Culinary Academy Since 2008 and was in the Regional advisory board of Ritz Carlton in ME & Africa.”
